What we're looking for

「THE QUEST」

You will be leading several workstreams of developing our AI, Q, which lives on the user's computer through a Windows Desktop App that is integrated into other software like MS Office. As a full-stack engineer you will design, develop, test, and iterate, while closely working with product managers, designers, and other developers to ensure timely delivery and high quality.

who you are

「REQUIREMENTS」

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or related fields.
5+ years of professional experience in software development, with experience developing full-stack desktop applications.
Core Skills: XAML, C# in .NET, WinUI 3.0, WPF, WinForms
Secondary Skills: MS Office plug-ins, ASP.NET, vector- and graph-based databases.
Proven experience with RESTful API design and development, microservices architecture, and object-oriented programming principles.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
Familiarity with agile methodologies, continuous delivery and integration, test-driven development, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
Exceptional communication skills, working in dynamic and fast-paced environments, and capable of translating intricate technical concepts to non-technical colleagues.
