Senior ML Engineer

We need someone who's ready to dive into the deep end and help us build and refine our AI solutions. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you'll be:

• Algorithm Developer: Designing and implementing ML algorithms to solve real HR challenges.
• Data Wrangler: Gathering, cleaning, and processing data to feed our AI models.
• Model Trainer: Training, testing, and tuning models to ensure they deliver accurate and valuable insights.
• Collaborator: Working closely with engineers, data scientists, and business pros to integrate ML solutions into our products.
• Innovator: Staying on top of the latest ML research and incorporating new techniques into our work.
• Problem Solver: Tackling complex technical problems and finding creative solutions.
