Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership: Shape and execute the company’s strategic vision and roadmap, focusing on leveraging AI to revolutionize HR processes and organizational assessments.
Product Development: Drive the innovation and development of AI-driven solutions, ensuring they meet the needs of PE investors and HR leaders.
Team Building: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of engineers, data scientists, and business professionals.
Business Development: Identify and cultivate partnerships with key stakeholders, including investors, clients, and industry leaders.
Financial Oversight: Oversee financial planning, fundraising efforts, and budget management to ensure sustainable growth and profitability.
Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to stay ahead of industry trends and ensure our solutions remain competitive and relevant.
Customer Focus: Champion a customer-centric approach, ensuring our products deliver exceptional value and impact to our clients.

Qualifications:

Proven Experience: Extensive experience in a leadership role within a startup or high-growth tech company, preferably with a focus on AI and HR technologies.
Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, and data analytics, with the ability to translate complex concepts into practical solutions.
Entrepreneurial Mindset: Demonstrated ability to think strategically, take calculated risks, and drive innovative solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Financial Acumen: Solid understanding of financial management, fundraising, and investor relations.
Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and influence stakeholders at all levels.
