Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Shape and execute the company’s strategic vision and roadmap, focusing on leveraging AI to revolutionize HR processes and organizational assessments.
  • Product Development: Drive the innovation and development of AI-driven solutions, ensuring they meet the needs of PE investors and HR leaders.
  • Team Building: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of engineers, data scientists, and business professionals.
  • Business Development: Identify and cultivate partnerships with key stakeholders, including investors, clients, and industry leaders.
  • Financial Oversight: Oversee financial planning, fundraising efforts, and budget management to ensure sustainable growth and profitability.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to stay ahead of industry trends and ensure our solutions remain competitive and relevant.
  • Customer Focus: Champion a customer-centric approach, ensuring our products deliver exceptional value and impact to our clients.

Qualifications:

  • Proven Experience: Extensive experience in a leadership role within a startup or high-growth tech company, preferably with a focus on AI and HR technologies.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, and data analytics, with the ability to translate complex concepts into practical solutions.
