What we're looking for

We need a hands-on leader who can help us navigate the technical and strategic challenges of our industry. As a Co-founder, you'll be:

Technical Leader: Guiding the design and development of our drone technology and aerospace components.
Strategic Planner: Shaping our company's vision, strategy, and roadmap.
Team Builder: Recruiting, mentoring, and leading a skilled team of engineers and technicians.
Business Developer: Building strong relationships with defense contractors, aerospace clients, and industry partners.
Operational Manager: Overseeing production processes, quality control, and compliance with industry standards.
Market Analyst: Keeping up with industry trends and ensuring our products remain competitive.
Customer Liaison: Understanding the needs of our clients and ensuring our solutions meet their requirements.
